The Lady red storm 7th grade B team beat Urey last night with a score of 40-13. Top scorers were Becca (Christ-lib) Christilieb and Alyssa Kaminskas with 13 points. Also last night the 7th grade A team defeated Urey 46-12. Leading scorer was Kelsey Owen with 10 points. The girls will play their last game of the season at home on Wednesday against Knox. (JN)
Last night the 8th grade A team had a tough match against an undefeated Urey team. The final score was 19-26. They played hard, but their offense struggled to put points on the board. The 8th graders will play their last game tomorrow at Knox.(KB & LT)
Golf practices will begin this week, here at Lincoln. Girls will practice Today and boys on Thursday. Both practices will be after school and end at 4:30.(KB)
Attention track athletes, practice starts today after school until 5pm. Dress for outside practice! (kill 3.18) (JN)
Tomorrows lunch will consists of:
Mini Corn Dogs made with real dog
Green Beans
Fruit picked some time this decade
Sun Chips that are sure to brighten your day
and wash it all down with a tall fresh glass of milk straight from the cow!(KB)
Taking a look at the weather window it looks likes the high for today is a surprising 55 and a low of 43 degrees. There will be sunny skies all day long but there will be heavy rain showers through the night and Temps for the next couple of days seem to be edging up…. But before you know its going to be going back down. . . . For those of you wondering, the high in Orlando today will be 77 with rain showers early in the morning.(KB)

Today Mrs. Mackenzie students will be presenting on a topic of their choice they have been working on for the past nine weeks. If you have a chance please come check it out. 7th grade will be during 1st, 4th, and 5th periods. 8th grade is during 2nd and 5th. ( Kr)
Lincoln Junior High Robotics Club traveled to Warsaw to participate in the first Annual VEX Robotics Tournament. The club won the Warsaw Area Career Center Community service Award for bringing the most non-perishable food item. The award came with a trophy and VEX robotics kit. The robotics team competed among 66 teams from all over Northern Indiana. Team 2002 members Quazer Craft,Gabe Barker, and Christopher Becker placed 2nd in the Full-Pull tractor competition. They received another VEX robotics kit for the robotics club. Team members included Jacob Berger,Jory Montano,Gavin Dalton,Nathaneal Shafer,Chris Natzel,Davis Bougher and Ian Kviz.
The library will be closed due to mrs.day having a meeting, Teachers should be getting an email when it will be back open so be sure to look out for that.(EL)
There are no plans to move this 9 week grading period end date back. The nine weeks ends FRIDAY. And the second part of ISTEP will remain the week of April 28th.(Kr)
Attention all teachers... Could you please review all of the school's emergency procedures….. Especially if you haven’t reviewed with your students in a while. If you review all of the emergency procedures with your students then there is a less chance of a teacher losing a student during a real situation, so please review the emergency processes with your students.(BH)
Friday will be our next spirit assembly . . . it will be hosted by the 7TH GRADE innovation academy -- the typhoons were the last winners - -- who will it be this week? Also, The next spirit assembly will be hosted by the 8th grade innovation academy.(EL)
Today there is one birthday here at Lincoln. Happy Birthday to Jenny Mendez. Happy Birthday from all of us here at PTV2!!(KB)

Sticking with our spring break theme. According to long time Lost and Found staffers, the most unusual items turned in have been a glass eye, a prosthetic leg and a potty trainer. Each, incidentally, have been claimed, but not by the same person.(JN)
